Ms. Tan Tze Kiat
CEO, BBDO Group Greater China
Tze (Z) took on the CEO role of BBDO Greater China since 2015, with 400+ employees, 40+ brands under her watch and 13 direct reports in 8 agency branches across 5 offices in Greater China. She is also a member of BBDO’s Global Board of Directors and is the first Asian in the firm’s entire history to have ever achieved this feat.
Z’s leadership and focus has led to results where they matter - in the work produced for the company's clients, Campaign Greater China Agency of the Year Awards, BBDO recorded a stellar performance in the past 5 years. BBDO scooped the much-coveted Greater China, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong Creative Agency of the Year, BBDO also made history by winning a record number of People awards.

Associate Professor Dr. Cecilia Chan
The University of Hong Kong
Dr. Cecilia Chan is an Associate Professor at the Centre for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning and Faculty of Education at HKU. Cecilia has a dual discipline expertise in engineering and education; playing a key role in enhancing engineering, science education and teaching and learning in higher education. Her expertise in these fields and her multi-cultural background enabled her to lead research on assessment and feedback, experiential learning, technology enhanced learning and the development and assessment of 21st century skills in education from east to west.
She developed a framework to assist teachers to integrate and assess competency into the university curriculum. She has been invited as keynote speaker and panel speaker to many international educational conferences on teaching, learning and the assessment of generic competency including the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Cecilia holds a PhD in Engineering from Trinity College, a postgraduate in Higher Education. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and held a Fellowship from King’s College London. With over 40 research/projects worldwide she was awarded HKU’s Young Outstanding Researcher Award. She is the Chair for the Engineering Education Community in Hong Kong and the Founding President for the ASIA Engineering Education Network (AsiaSEE).

Prof. Dr. Andrew Harding
National University of Singapore
Professor Andrew Harding is a leading scholar in the fields of Asian legal studies and comparative constitutional law. He commenced his academic career at NUS before moving to SOAS, University of London, where he became Head of the School of Law. He joined NUS from the University of Victoria, BC Canada, where he was Professor of Asia-Pacific Legal Relations and Director of the Centre for Asia-Pacific Initiatives. At NUS he held the positions of Director of the Centre for Asian Legal Studies, Director of the Asian Law Institute, and Chief Editor of the Asian Journal of Comparative Law. Professor Harding has worked extensively on constitutional law in Malaysia and Thailand, and has made extensive contributions to scholarship in comparative law, and law and development, having published 20 books as author or editor. He is co-founding-editor of Hart Publishing’s book series ‘Constitutional Systems of the World’, a major resource for contextual analysis of constitutional systems, and has authored the books on Malaysia and Thailand in that series (2011, 2012). His most recent book is Constitutionalism and Legal Change in Myanmar (2017).

Dato' Bruce Lim is the Managing Director and Founder of DMas Commerce Sdn. Bhd., which owns the Malaysia Flagship Store on JD Worldwide. JD Worldwide is the cross border e-commerce division of JD.com, the largest online and offline retailer in China. JD is the first internet company to make the Fortune Global 200 list. It is the third largest internet company globally after Amazon and Alphabet with an e-commerce value transaction at USD82.9 billion in 2019. DMas Commerce Sdn. Bhd is recognised and supported by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). The said flagship store is also endorsed by the Special Envoy of Malaysia to China, YB Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing. The activities of JD related to the Malaysia Flagship Store had been witnessed by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs and the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Professor Dr. Jyoti Choudrie
University of Hertfordshire, UK
) Professor Jyoti Choudrie is a Professor of Information Systems in Hertfordshire Business School, Management, Leadership and Organisation (MLO) department where she previously led the Systems Management Research Unit (SyMRU) and currently is a convenor for the Global Work, Economy and Digital Inclusion group. She is also Editor-in-Chief for Information, Technology & People journal (An Association of Business School 3 grade journal). In terms of research, Professor Choudrie is known as the Broadband and Digital Inclusion expert in University of Hertfordshire, which was also the case in Brunel University. In both institutions Professor Choudrie maintained an active media profile where she made media comments on the digital divide, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, innovation and broadband development. She has also attained expertise in the non-adopters and adopters research area that has led her to understand the digital divide where her research influence lies. For this, she has used classic Information Systems area theories such as the Technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory for the Use and Acceptance of Technology and Diffusion of Innovations theory as well as Theory of Planned Behaviour that has led to doctoral completions in Broadband, Online Social Networks and Electronic Government. This interest is maintained and updated by leading a mini-track on ICT adoption, use and diffusion in the Hawaii International Conference of Systems Sciences (HICSS) and European Conference of Information Systems (ECIS). To ensure her research is widely disseminated, Professor Choudrie co-edited a Routledge research monograph with Prof. C. Middleton: The Management of Broadband Technology Innovation and completed a research monograph published by Routledge Publishing and focused on social inclusion along with Dr. Sherah Kurnia and Dr. Panayiota Tsatsou titled: Social Inclusion and Usability of ICT-Enabled Services. She is also very focused on examining and understanding the digital inclusion, digital divide aspects by considering internet access for older adults, which has led to her working with AGE (UK) Hertfordshire and a local, Indian radio station, Desi radio. She also works with Age (UK) Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire County Council and Southend YMCA where she is undertaking a Knowledge Transfer Partnership project investing the role of Online Social Networks (OSN). Finally, she is focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in organizations and society alike, which accounts for her interests in OSN, machine and deep learning. She has been a keynote speaker for the International Congress of Information and Communication Technologies, Digital Britain conferences and supervises doctoral students drawn from around the globe.
Associate Professor Dr. Ilham Sentosa
University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Assoc. Prof. Ilham Sentosa, is an eco-system developer, researcher and currently an Associate Professor at UniKL Business School, Malaysia with expertise in smart city management, creative technopreneurship and dynamic business modeling issues using the techniques of System Dynamics (SD) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dr. Ilham is also recognised as an advanced quantitative analyst with interest in latent variable measurement models (factor analysis, item response), longitudinal data analysis (latent growth curves, growth mixture models), parametric and nonparametric analysis using measurement models approaches. He teaches a graduate course on advanced model analysis techniques. He has consulted to public and private sector organisations in a range of industries including digital supply chain management, smart city management, public sector management, human resource information system, rural tourism, retail and manufacturing. Ilham Sentosa holds a PhD from the Universiti Utara Malaysia (Northern University of Malaysia) with specialisation in Human Resource Management (HRM), Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Gadjah Mada University of Indonesia, and has served as a lecturer of the System Dynamics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for 17 years.

Mr. Bernard Ho has always been labelled as the ‘car man’ and played an instrumental role in development markets for major car industries globally. Mr. Bernard was the head of company for Beijing Lotus Cars Sales Co. Ltd and lead a Group of companies in Beijing that has 8 independent dealers all over China. Affiliated to Lotus Cars Ltd., United Kingdom. He is currently an Executive Director at Logik Nusa Sdn Bhd responsible for the disposal of used Hire & Drive vehicles belonging to affiliated company viz., Spanco Sdn. Bhd.

Dato’ Eric Tai Lim Ping has more than 40 years’ experience, holding important management positions in Local bank and Foreign bank and also Shareholder and Directorship in companies that operates both locally and overseas. He is now a shareholder of Biz Angels (M) Sdn Bhd, an angel investor company and also a shareholder and Chairman of a management service Company Solcredence Business management solution sdn bhd. His in-depth knowledge on Corporate Finance, Business Operations, Management, Business Growth and Franchise System Development makes him an all rounded consultant. He is an angel investor and mentor for start up companies from Cradle, Mban and Magic. Dato Eric also held position as Deputy Treasurer for Malaysian Retail Chain Association , President of Club Rahman Putra and Committee member for Nexus Governing Committee for F&B and Retail. Dato Eric was also a judge for SOBA - Star Outstanding Business Award. Dato Eric has also been appointed as the Adjunct Professor for INTI International University since 2020 Dato Eric Tai is the Honorary Treasurer for The Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serdang Selangor and the re-elected President of Kelab Rahman Putra Malaysia 2021-2023.

Professor Mario Fernando
University of Wollongong, Australia
Mario Fernando is Professor of Management and the Director of the Centre for Cross Cultural Management (CCCM) at University of Wollongong, Australia. Mario is Ph.D., MBA and B.Com (Special) qualified, and is an Attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. During his ten-year corporate career in Sri Lanka, USA and New Zealand, he headed the human resource division of a business conglomerate, and held Board level and consulting positions. Mario's research and teaching activities are centred on exploring how responsible executive action leads to positive individual, organisational and social outcomes. By integrating Eastern and Western views in unique ways, his research has carved out a niche in responsible organisational decision-making at the intersection of ethics, leadership and human resource management. Current research projects include responsible decision-making in immigrant recruitment and engagement, presenteeism and spirituality at work.
Professor Dr Martin Samy
Former Professor at Leeds Beckett University UK and Currently a Visiting Professor for Kedge Business School, France
Professor Martin is a distinguished CSR scholar. His main research area is in ‘Corporate Social Responsibility and Effectiveness Measurement’. Professor Martin has attained numerous research grants such as the TD Bank Financial Literacy project £100,000 research grant to develop a ‘Perceptions of Money’ survey in 2014. He has also received many accolades and awards including the ‘Who’s Who in the World in 2007’ Marquis Publications for Achievement in Establishing the Quality Situation Assessment Instrument. Professor Martin also published extensively in internationally peer-reviewed journals as well as books. He also appeared in the print and TV media and the Breakfast show for Nigerian Television, NTI, 5th Feb 2014 together with the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research). ‘Discussion on the Development of PhD programme in Nigeria and the Doctoral Conference in Abuja’ as well as a special invite for many other programmes. A CSR practitioner in heart, Professor Martin Samy walks the talk on business ethics and social responsibility.
Dato’ Sri Yap Keow Keong
Group Executive Chairman of Premfield Group of Companies
Dato’ Sri graduated from University of Toronto, Canada in year 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce. Upon returning to Malaysia, he was attached with a local property developer for a year. The following year 1985 amidst the economy downturn, he capitalized on the market condition to start a chain of supermarkets and departmental stores namely Warta Superstore, spanning from Johor to Kedah on the west coast of Peninsula Malaysia. He was then the CEO of the group and since started land banking to build shopping complexes.
During his reign as the CEO of the Warta Group, he too ventured into leisure, food & beverage and brick manufacturing businesses. Amongst them are two Halal Chinese Restaurants, one Thai Restaurant, 2 bowling centers, one snooker lounge, 2 brick manufacturing factories operated in Selangor and Kedah respectively till recent years. Now, he oversees oil palm plantations in Kedah that belongs to Warta Group. For the past 20 years, Dato’ Sri had been involved in various property development projects in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. In Kuala Lumpur, his group has developed Taman Sri Kuching in Jalan Kuching with more than a thousand units of affordable apartments and shop houses. In Selangor, he developed Taman Kasturi, in Jalan Balakong, Cheras with 832 units of affordable apartments and retail shops. Another development named Taman Asa Jaya in Kajang with landed housing was also completed and handed over in year 2009.
Since 2014, he developed another affordable housing project that had been completed and handed over in March 2020 (Residensi Zamrud, Kajang 2), with 1566 units having a Gross Development Value of more than half a billion ringgit. Since 2020, Dato Sri diversified his business portfolio into education and agriculture sectors that will generate sustainable income in the long run. He is currently building a campus for an international school, after his recent purchase of a “home school” with the plan of expanding the private homeschool. Besides, he also set up a private college in Rawang offering management and accounting courses, i.e LCCI & ACCA and others.
Over the years in business, Dato’ Sri Yap has not forgotten Corporate social responsibilities. He has been actively involved in fund raising for schools and community works as well as other charitable bodies. He has been the chairperson or office bearers for various Residents Associations and Joint Management Body since 2015 and was once the Chairman of Majlis Penduduk-Penduduk Wilayah Persekutuan in 2018 for Segambut Sub Zone 1 under the Ministry of Federal Territory working closely with YB Hannah Yeoh in solving local social issues and upgrading of public facilities and infrastructures.
